3. You can’t wait for breastfeeding to end …

But when that day comes, you miss it with every fibre of your being and would swap all the cracked nipples in the world to just have another day.

4. You wish your child would start to walk …

Then they do, and you spend your days chasing after them, or bending over as they cling onto your fingers, and it all seemed much easier when they used to just sit there.
